Flat feet are generally categorised or identified as an individual who has a lowered arch profile or no arch profile at all. This generally leads to the muscles that support the arch needing to do more work to support daily function. The Rehab Mechanics 8-week program is designed to aid in the restoration of efficient foot mechanics targeted strengthening, mobility, balance, and release work. With three guided sessions each week, you will follow a clear progression to activate key muscles groups, reduce overuse tension, and improve mind-muscle control through the feet and ankles for long term comfort and confidence in daily movement.
