Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place your unworn or tested footwear back into the original box and ensure all original packaging materials are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your shipping package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
